Position SummaryComplies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Responsibilities- Operate forklift and pallet jacks safely while following company standards and guidelines.
- Receive, organize, and manage merchandise inventory from distribution centers and suppliers, ensuring proper stock flow and documentation.
- Maintain safety of the facility, conduct safety sweeps, handle hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations.
- Maintain sales floor merchandising, including zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, and presenting promotional items.
- Assist with club pickup orders, staging, and auditing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Use inventory tools to track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Proactively identify and resolve shrink opportunities and other inventory issues.
- Model and adhere to company values: respect individuals, act with integrity, serve customers and members, and strive for excellence.
- 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification; ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
