Meat Cutter

Position: Meat Cutter FT
Fresco y Mas -  - Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide courteous service; assist and thank customers in a prompt, friendly manner;
Prepare and package meat products and process customer orders to specifications; receive and breakdown meat deliveries;
Wrap, weigh, price, cube, slice and grind meat as needed; maintain sanitation and safety standards;
Stock and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control; operate department equipment and tools;
Keep work area clean, report hazards and equipment faults; assist with maintaining company policies and procedures
