• Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Providing product recommendations and answering customer inquiries.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the team with inventory management and restocking.
• Upholding our high standards of customer service to create memorable experiences.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Full-time and part-time availability (7:00–3:00 schedule)
