• Lead the store’s freight flow and logistics, driving sales and profitability.
• Maintain a customer‑first selling culture and execute daily business priorities.
• Partner with the Store Manager to plan and validate freight processing.
• Ensure adherence to all Loss Prevention policies and inventory management initiatives.
• Maintain stockroom organization and standards.
• Analyze business trends using reports to solve business opportunities and take action.

• Support and maintain a safe work environment through ongoing training, awareness, and accountability.
• Execute daily tasks and duties assigned by or in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Proven experience delivering results, customer experience, and operational results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication, openness to feedback, and quick adaptability.
• Ability to provide in‑the‑moment coaching to associates.
• Proficiency in de‑escalating store and customer situations.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Creative problem‑solving and sound decision‑making skills.
• Effective delegation, validation, and efficient execution of daily priorities.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast‑paced specialty retail selling culture.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Minimum Age: 21 years.

Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three months of service.
