Game Stop - 1001 West 49th Street - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service;
Assist Store Manager with training store associates in all aspects of their job responsibilities;
Supervise staffing levels and delegate tasks to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system and ensure accurate transactions;
Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure fixtures and merchandise are properly displayed per guidelines
