Statewide Reroof Sales Account Manager (Florida – West Coast Focus)
📍 Tampa | Sarasota | Fort Myers | Naples | Statewide Travel
Pay: $80,000 – $150,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing Roofing Sales Account Manager to drive reroof sales across Florida, with a primary focus on the West Coast market. This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for generating, managing, and closing residential and light commercial reroof projects.
This role is designed for a proven closer who wants strong base stability with meaningful upside.
What You’ll Do- Generate and close residential and light commercial reroof sales
- Perform roof inspections and present proposals to customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
- Build relationships with homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and insurance contacts
- Identify storm-related and insurance restoration opportunities
- Maintain pipeline activity and meet monthly sales targets
- Coordinate project handoff with operations teams
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- 3+ years of roofing, construction, or in-home sales experience
- Proven ability to close high-value deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage a statewide territory
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- On-Target Earnings: $150K+ (uncapped commission)
- Commission structure tied to revenue and/or margin
- Company vehicle + fuel card (clean driving record required)
- Leads and marketing support provided
