Outside Sales Representative - Pest Control

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual for a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator position. As an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator, you will wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals every day. You aim to keep appointments on schedule, perform prompt follow‑up, and build strong rapport while networking with potential residential customers. You will survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options, conduct home evaluations—including crawling into tight spaces such as attics— and use your sales skills to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain benefits clearly and honestly.

Your professional attitude will ensure success in inspections and gaining new customers for Arrow Exterminators.

• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services
• Basic math skills
