We’re looking for a dynamic, driven Junior Sales Representative to strengthen our inside sales operations and grow with us in the booming HVAC industry. • Support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and proactive follow-ups
• Manage customer orders, assist in preparing quotes and custom proposals
• Build strong product expertise and contribute to solution-based selling strategies
• Partner closely with Account Managers to nurture and expand client relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring promotions and campaigns to life

• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude and a team-first spirit
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong bonus!
