The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 with a competitive monthly bonus structure. We also provide medical, dental, vision, life insurance benefits, 401(k) with company match, pet insurance, PTO, and sick time.

As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will proactively engage prospective and existing customers through outbound calls with a strong focus on driving new sales and managing Accounts Receivable (AR). You will drive sales conversion, AR reduction, and deliver courteous, timely, and professional service. You will demonstrate core values, sharpen sales and negotiation skills, build customer relationships, and maintain deep knowledge of products, policies, and collection practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Full‑time shifts with a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
