Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

Job Overview

Part‑time Retail Sales Consultant position at our Winter Garden location. Work between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with schedules released two weeks in advance.

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through our full suite of AT&T products and services.
• Provide personalized sales expertise and create meaningful connections with every customer.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission based on performance.

Base pay between $16.57–$19.28 per hour, plus up to $13,700 in commissions when all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities can result in up to $62,460 per year for top sellers.

Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no experience required as training and coaching will be provided.
