Senior Growth Strategist (Account Executive)

Klient Boost is a Performance Marketing Agency based out of Costa Mesa, CA, with additional locations in Raleigh, NC and a remote team across 16 states. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Sales Team as an Account Executive, titled “Growth Strategist.”

In this role you will need to have a comprehensive understanding of Paid Digital Marketing and experience in a Marketing background that has transitioned into Sales. You will assess prospects’ accounts to identify opportunities and work with Paid Media, SEO, CRO, and Creative Strategy.

• You will be in charge of selling to new prospects in a consultative manner, educating them on how to hit their marketing and business goals with Klient Boost.
• You will be working on a mix of inbound and outbound leads.
• You will primarily be selling to SMB clients.
• You will be able to bring in-house subject matter experts to join sales calls to increase close rates.

• You have at least 2+ years of marketing service sales experience in an agency setting.
• You have a Performance Marketing background and can confidently discuss Paid Media, SEO, CRO, and Creative Strategy.
• You have experience with a range of paid ad platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset, and are adaptable.
• You possess a hunter mentality.
• You have strong soft skills—fun, likable, and detail-oriented.
• You have professional curiosity at the core.
• You are familiar with Hub Spot and various sales tools and platforms.
• You have a desire to learn and grow.
• You are passionate about marketing and continuously improve your knowledge through industry blogs.

This position has an OTE (base salary + commission) of $175,000 - $200,000 per year.
