Responsibilities- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
- Identify and act on opportunities to expand business within existing accounts by understanding evolving customer needs and proactively addressing client challenges.
- Research, prospect, and generate new leads to acquire new business and expand IGT’s client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and solutions for both new and existing clients.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and progress using CRM tools, and track key performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Represent IGT Glass Hardware at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to increase brand visibility and attract new business.
- Employ effective problem‑solving mindset to address customer needs and convert leads into clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in B2B environments with a track record of successfully retaining accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Demonstrated success in customer retention and business development strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and build long‑term client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and leads effectively.
- Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross‑functionally for seamless customer experiences.
- Knowledge of the construction or glass hardware industry is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tools and account management software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
The work environment is primarily office‑based, with continuous collaboration across departments. The position requires effective communication and multitasking to manage both customer interactions and team responsibilities.
