Position Overview
Join a high-end skincare and treatment team as a Sales Manager where your primary goal is to drive sales through personalized client consultations. You’ll introduce spa packages, explain skincare benefits, and close sales while maintaining a luxury client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Present treatment options and convert leads into loyal clients
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Contribute to a supportive and performance-focused team culture
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of professionalism and enthusiasm for skincare
W9 / 1099
Pay Structure$3,000 base + uncapped commission
