Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Overview

Are you bilingual in Spanish and English? We’re looking for you to join our Retail team. This role offers perks and may include additional starting pay for bilingual abilities. You will focus on sales and customer connection, using AT&T’s full suite of products to meet customer needs.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will work to create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, aim to meet sales targets, and earn commissions based on performance.

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and help them find the best solutions.
• Engage with the community through in-store events, online orders, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that may be 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., including weekends, with seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching will be provided to help new hires meet and exceed goals.

• Salary range: $19.2875 – $22.4375 per hour, plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
• Uncapped commission opportunities with potential for higher total compensation for top performers (up to about $62,460 depending on geography and experience).
