This position combines business development, account management, technical sales, and project coordination. You'll become a trusted partner to OEM customers, working with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and executive teams to develop new products, solve manufacturing challenges, and bring innovative ideas to market.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with existing OEM accounts while developing new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
- Work with customers from concept through prototype development and production.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate projects with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
- Represent Teak Isle during customer visits and industry trade shows.
- Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude with an interest in manufacturing processes.
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, manufacturing, or the marine industry.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple customer projects.
- Ability to read engineering drawings preferred; CAD experience is a plus.
- Marine industry experience or a passion for boating is highly valued.
