• Assist new and existing customers in providing prices and availability on our company products.
• Process orders, delivery receipts, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Resolve customer inquiries.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate the flow of outgoing orders with the warehouse personnel.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
