Ocean Mazda Doral is seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our Sales team.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, are driven to succeed, and understand that a successful automotive sales career is built on relationships, consistent follow-up, product knowledge, and an exceptional customer experience.

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred; however, we are also interested in candidates with strong sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer-service backgrounds who have the personality, work ethic, and motivation to succeed in automotive sales.

• Greet and welcome customers promptly and professionally.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Provide a consultative and customer-focused vehicle purchasing experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Mazda vehicles, trim levels, features, technology, incentives, and available inventory.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
• Accompany customers on test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their needs.
• Present purchase and lease opportunities in coordination with Sales Management.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to ensure transactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Respond promptly to internet, telephone, and showroom leads.
• Consistently follow up with prospective customers by telephone, email, text, and approved dealership systems.
• Maintain accurate and complete customer information and activity within the dealership CRM.
• Complete assigned follow-up activities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up with unsold customers and continue working opportunities appropriately.
• Develop repeat and referral business by maintaining relationships with customers after the sale.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customers understand important vehicle features and technology.
• Maintain awareness of current dealership inventory and incoming vehicles.
• Participate in sales meetings, dealership training, manufacturer training, and company initiatives.
• Complete required Mazda product knowledge and certification programs.
• Maintain established performance expectations for sales volume, customer follow-up, customer satisfaction, and other assigned objectives.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Ocean Automotive Group standards.
• Follow all company policies, dealership procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Management.
