As a Security Guard Patrol Associate in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. You will be an unarmed patrol professional at a commercial real estate location, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help reduce security‑related concerns, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $18.03 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon – 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM;
Tue – 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM;
Wed – 07:00 AM – 01:00 PM;
Thu – 07:00 AM – 01:00 PM;
Fri – 07:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observe onsite activity, and communicate with property management and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns.
• Support access control activities, visitor interactions, and after-hours building checks while following post orders and client-directed protocols.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
