As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Bike in Miami, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, where you will monitor assigned areas, perform routine patrols, and help to deter security‑related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. This is a driving post. You will support residents and guests with customer‑focused service while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thursday 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM;
Friday 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM;
Saturday 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM;
Sunday 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to verify authorized entry, support guest check‑in procedures, and report suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized persons.
• Support a professional residential environment by assisting with routine security‑related inquiries, following post orders, and reporting incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Able to ride a bike.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
