Electrical Foreman

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical projects. Pay: $24.00 – $40.00 per hour.

Position:
Electrician, Pay Range: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour based on experience and skill level. Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Alachua, Florida 32615. Employees will travel on the road.

• Journeyman
• Mechanic

Conduit experts preferred. We need electricians who can bend and install conduit cleanly and accurately the first time.

• Bend EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit
• Work with ½", ¾", 1", and larger sizes
• Use hand benders, Chicago benders, and hydraulic benders
• Measure, cut, and install conduit to spec

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Pull wire through conduit, walls, and ceilings
• Install and connect electrical components: panels, switches, transformers, etc.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing systems
• Assist in layout, raceway, and box installations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (if experienced)

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Mechanics: 3+ years of experience in commercial electrical work
• Journeyman/Foreman: 6+ years and ability to lead crews
• Basic tools and PPE required
• Must speak, read, and write English
• Reliable transportation
