Overview

An HVAC Installation Supervisor oversees a team of HVAC installers and technicians, ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This leadership role combines technical expertise with management skills to coordinate projects, guide teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Supervising and coordinating installation teams, providing training and support, and conducting performance reviews.
• Managing and supervising residential HVAC installations, ensuring quality and compliance with codes and inspections.
• Planning and scheduling projects, coordinating materials, managing inventory, working with other departments and subcontractors, and resolving delivery discrepancies.
• Safety and compliance: site inspections, obtaining permits, adhering to safety guidelines, and maintaining detailed records.
• Communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and coordinating project schedules.

• 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Previous supervisory experience and strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, organizational skills, and proficiency with diagnostic tools.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
• Effective communication and ability to interpret technical documents.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record and physical stamina.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach, dedication to quality, outstanding customer service, and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
