• Assist experienced technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining ductwork and HVAC systems
• Measure and cut duct materials to specified dimensions
• Learn to operate tools and equipment used in duct installation
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving duct‑related issues
• Attend training sessions and seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge

• 1 year minimum fiberglass duct experience is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Basic understanding of construction or HVAC systems is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
