City of Hallandale Beach seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to perform skilled technical and maintenance work, including plumbing and carpentry. This position requires an understanding of principles and theories in the maintenance function and works under minimal supervision.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of building maintenance experience, and must hold a valid Florida driver's license. NIMS certification is also required within the first year of employment.
