Forged Fiber seeks an entry-level Field Installer to perform in-home installation and service for residential and small business customers, including configuring modems, testing fiber drops, and turning up services. You will work outdoors, communicate clearly with customers, and support network activation and troubleshooting.
No experience is required, but willingness to work outdoors, strong safety awareness, and good interpersonal skills are preferred.
