Theprimaryresponsibilityofa Laboreristoassistinthemobilizationand demobilizationtoandfrom jobsites, as well as the setup, installation, removal, and teardown of equipment  Laborer will also serve as a working team member and individual contributor to the overall team’s success.

• Setupandteardownequipmentandsystemsforassigned joboperations
• Load,unloadandtransportmaterialsandequipmentto/fromjobsites
• Moveand/ormaintainpumps,compressors,generators,hosesandotherequipment
• Maintainandcomplete allnecessarypaperworkpercompanyprocedure
• Completeminorrepairsofequipmentonsite aswellaspreventivemaintenanceonassigned vehicles or equipment as directed and as required
• Clean,organizeandmaintainjobsitesasrequired
• Clean,organizeandmaintainyardandshopareasasrequired
• Performothertasksandduties as requested
• Adheretoapplicablecompanyandregulatoryagencyenvironmental,healthandsafety standards
• Ensure that The Mersino Wayisaguidingdocumentinalldailyactivities

• Highschooldiplomaor equivalent
• Possessavaliddriver’slicense
• AbilitytoobtainavalidDOTMedical Card
• Ability to work long hours in extreme weather
