Walmart is hiring Landscape Technician Operators responsible for maintaining attractive, clean, and well‑maintained landscapes year round, including mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and general grounds maintenance.

• Operate landscaping equipment and perform year‑round mowing, trimming, and pruning.
• Maintain parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding ground areas.
• Work as part of a team responsible for landscaping and exterior cleaning.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity standards, ensuring compliance with corporate, local, federal, and state requirements.
• Travel to perform essential functions as needed.

• Have experience in landscaping, agriculture, general maintenance, or retail.
• Value customer service and communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Take personal accountability and use effective time management.
• Adapt to changing demands using solid judgment.
• Believe in servant leadership and teamwork.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean record and ability to pass an MVR.
• Pass a driver’s road test for the combination truck and trailer operated within the scope of work.
• Obtain required licensing or endorsements if operating a commercial vehicle.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present information to small or large groups.

• Abide by all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
