Job Description
A fast-paced, product-focused organization is seeking a
** Salesforce Development Engineer II
** to support and enhance its commercial operations. This individual will play a key role in architecting, optimizing, and scaling the organization’s CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, excels in technical problem-solving, and enjoys collaborating across functions to deliver high-impact solutions.##
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead the definition, architecture, implementation, and ongoing development of the organization’s Salesforce CRM environment.
* Work closely with sales and customer support teams to improve Salesforce usability, troubleshoot operational issues, and enhance workflows.
* Partner with software engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems.
* Own end-to-end delivery quality—code, testing, integration, deployment, and support.
* Drive simplification, demonstrating innovation, creativity, and strong judgment when addressing challenging technical problems.
* Serve as a subject-matter expert on Salesforce architecture and best practices; advise technical and business stakeholders on trade-offs and long-term decisions.
* Mentor team members and contribute to the broader technical community regarding advanced Salesforce topics.##
** What You Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent practical experience.
* 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
* 3+ years of programming experience with
** Apex**,
** Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, and
** Visualforce**.
* 2+ years of experience with
** Sales Cloud**,
** Marketing Cloud**, and
** Service Cloud**.
* 2+ years working with Git or similar version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
* Familiarity with in-app/web messaging features.
* Experience implementing CTI integrations (Amazon Connect experience a plus).
* Experience implementing case automation and Omnichannel.
* Familiarity with core Salesforce admin addition to base pay, we also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs – 401k match, annual bonus and company equity, based on eligibility, along
