About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Associate/Driver Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing products, as well as assisting drivers as needed. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively interact with team members and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage and shipment of finished goods.
  • Properly store materials in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished product as needed.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Prepare and verify orders for delivery.
  • Provide assistance to drivers with product deliveries when required.

Assist with operations at other company warehouses as required.

  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Performs other related duties as directed.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential job functions such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 pounds; standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing as necessary in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
  • Must be able to safely assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles and operate warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy object (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Experience in a bilingual customer service role.
