The Operator Supervisor oversees all day-to-day field operations for all operational routes. This includes providing direction and oversight to all employees to maintain high levels of efficiency and customer service. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to planning, directing and assignment of work, coaching and mentoring employees, providing counseling and/or discipline as necessary and exercises discretion and judgement when resolving operational complexities and employee complaints.
As the first-line supervisor for bus operators, customers, driver field evaluation, and accident first responders, the Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role. This position is safety-sensitive and requires respectful and professional communication with other Dispatchers, Bus Operators, and Supervisors. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for performing the duties of a Dispatcher and Road Supervisor and overseeing scheduling and administrative tasks.
This role reports to the Director of Operations.

Salary :$2047.98 per pay period
Requirements- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid Class A/B Commercial Driver License, with passenger endorsements.
- Must demonstrate a stable work history.
- Driving records must not reflect moving violations within the last 3 years.
- Have a safe driving record with no DUI conviction during the past ten years, verified by a third-party multi-state record check and no felony convictions for violent crimes.
- Criminal and Pre-Employment Background Record.
- Assist with bus operator tracking system for bus operator performance and evaluations.
- Assist safety to proactively address questions and ensures proper handling of customer issues or concerns.
- Maintain transparent communication with all levels of the organization.
- Review and analyze daily operational reports to ensure service goals are met.
- Maintain operational service levels by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Dispatch and coordinate the use of vehicle and driver resources to meet daily operational schedules.
- Prepare trip reservation assignments to operators.
- Assist with the schedule writing and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist, plan, and manage additional events that are required for operational services.
- Count and complete daily receipts, cash if applicable and maintain accurate records.
- Review & analyze road conditions, traffic flow, vehicle and driver availability.
- Determine & implement adjustments to schedules and routes.
- Respond to employee complaints and concerns and provide recommendations for disciplinary actions.
- Deliver coaching and discipline to employees.
- Analyze findings from investigations of accidents and incidents.
