Requirements Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to regularly lift or maneuver items weighing up to 40–50 pounds Experience operating sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or order pickers preferred Active forklift certification is a strong advantage Familiarity with barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems preferred Comfort using digital tablets, RF scanners, and basic data-entry systems Ability to follow OSHA guidelines and all workplace safety procedures Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy

Job Duties Unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently Stage, palletize, or crate finished goods for outbound transportation Operate powered industrial trucks, including sit-down forklifts Use electric pallet jacks and order pickers to move products Scan, catalog, label, and locate inventory Enter and update product information in the Warehouse Management System Verify product quantities and storage locations Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free dock area Wear all required personal protective equipment Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and equipment concerns
