We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Opa‑locka, FL for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role is exempt and salaried, with an annual compensation of $71,987 based on experience. The work schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00p.m. – 3:30a.m., with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Manager and is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and overseeing logistics operations.

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, ensuring they meet company standards and customer service specifications.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site key performance indicators and work in collaboration with customers on all aspects of operations.
• Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize successes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by cultivating team spirit and seeking opportunities to improve internal processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases when appropriate.
• Address performance problems through corrective action and the disciplinary process.
• Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations with employees.
• Implement health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors, adhering to company rules and policies.
• Provide appropriate orientation for employees and give them the information, technology, and materials necessary to perform their jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
• Zero to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
