We're seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for operating a stand-up reach truck, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, and supporting shipping and receiving operations.

• Operate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Move, stack, and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking systems.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and order-picking tasks.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Use RF scanners and WMS systems to track inventory.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Minimum 1 year of recent stand-up reach truck experience.
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems.
• Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
