Branch Support Specialist - Customer Experience & Sales

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing professional assistance and guiding them through their needs
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Support sales initiatives by promoting services of the branch.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications and other computer tools
• Provide comprehensive customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations and deliver outstanding client experiences

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language
• Proven experience in customer support or call center environments, with excellent communication skills
• Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed
• Experience with inbound calling and client engagement to gather feedback
• Exceptional phone etiquette combined with professional demeanor and active listening skills
• Ability to analyze situations quickly, troubleshoot issues effectively, and maintain composure under pressure

Work Location: In person in Hibbing, MN

Starting Compensation: $45,000–$50,000 per year, including an hourly rate plus a paid closed loan bonus, based on experience.
