Job Overview

Fairview Range is hiring a Custodian for Housekeeping department in Hibbing, MN.

As a custodian, you will perform a variety of support service functions as well as project‑type work and cleaning in order to keep the physical facility orderly, aesthetically attractive, clean and sanitary.

Schedule

This position will work 72‑80 hours per two weeks on the Day shift. Weekends:
Every other weekend

• Maintaining hard surface floors.
• Project cleaning and maintaining hard surface and carpeted floors.
• Providing an outstanding level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment consistent with department procedures and protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months verifiable experience in working with refinishing of hard surface flooring and carpet cleaning methods preferred.
