Express Employment is recruiting an experienced Press Brake Operator. The role involves reading blueprints and plans for finished products, ensuring machine efficiency, and operating machines safely. Work hours:

10‑hour shifts Monday–Thursday between 6 am and 4 pm. Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (starting at $18+ per hour for experienced candidates).

• Operate press brake machine.
• Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
• Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
• Check height, depth, and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision‑measuring instruments.
• Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.
• Work with tight tolerances.
• Produce parts for assembly operations.
• Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
• Perform spot inspections of parts.
• Complete and maintain paperwork.
• Identify assembly parts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Press Brake Operator.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving skills.
