MDI is seeking skilled, experienced Assemblers to work FT in our Hibbing location!

Shifts available:

• 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday

Candidates will assemble corrugated plastic pieces into finished products. High level of complexity and variability of products and duties. Must be self-directed, able to work independently. Assembler position pay varies depending on skills and experience; the key to being successful in this role is to have solid attendance, a positive attitude, and follow MDI's core values!

Contractor Starting Rate:

• Machinist: $20.00 (complex work with a variety of tools; previous manufacturing experience is required)
• Assembly: $16.00 (assembly line work with no experience necessary)
