Fairview Range is hiring a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our Emergency Department in Hibbing, MN.

Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding medical care to patients in the Urgent Care and Emergency Department during your assigned shifts. • Deliver safe and systematic care for a specified patient population under MD supervision.
• Exercise independent judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of medical processes within NP or PA scope of practice.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge in urgent care, pharmacology, and education.

• Progressive clinical experience.
• Master’s degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master’s or Doctorate Degree as an Advanced Practice or Graduate of an accredited school of Physician Assistant studies with a Master’s or Doctorate Degree.
• Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license from MN Board of Nursing. Physician Assistant studies certification.
• Clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting preferred.

• Doctorate degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies.

The posted pay range is for a 40‑hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
