Schedule:

Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Targeted Pay Range: $13.25-15 per hour.

What you'll do in this role:

• Support daily retail operations by maintaining positive customer relationships and organizing the greenhouse.
• Greet customers and help them find specific products within the store/greenhouse.
• Take inventory of products to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Create a hassle-free shopping experience through in-depth product knowledge, merchandising standards, and task prioritization.

Qualifications and

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in merchandise or plant/flower retail is preferred.
