Position Overview

The Shift Leader is responsible for leading the store during a shift, ensuring that the team delivers a high‑quality guest experience in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Strategically maximize product sales and manage waste.
• Maintain the look and feel of the store.
• Communicate effectively with the team and delegate tasks.
• Coach and provide timely feedback to team members.
• Perform administrative tasks including bank deposits, inventory, and store orders.
• Drive a positive, inclusive culture and support team growth.

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Hearing, speaking, seeing; ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 4 to 8 hours and perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Hibbing, Minnesota | $12.75 - $21.25 per hour (subject to local and state minimum wage regulations).
