Provide SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies and programs;
Use a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines;
Coaching, developing, providing feedback, and training associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities;
Assist in line vesting to help turn around time for checkout and ensure adequate register coverage;
Prepare register area at shift start/end by verifying functionality of registers/scanners and stocking supplies
