Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a part-time awake overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Meadow home in Hibbing, MN. You will help adults with disabilities and mental illness live fulfilling lives, with no prior experience required.
The role offers 40 hours per week with 9:00pm–7:00am shifts and every other weekend. Benefits include health/dental insurance, 403(b) with employer matching, PTO, paid training, and more.
