City of Hickory is seeking a Customer Service / Billing Clerk to support water and sewer billing operations. The role requires handling payments, answering inquiries, and assisting with activations and terminations.
You will balance cash drawers daily, operate a lockbox system, process payments, and help generate billing reports while learning city regulations. A high school diploma and basic accounting knowledge are preferred; an associate degree or Notary Public is a plus.
