Responsibilities

  • Serves as a receptionist for the administrative team.
  • Answers, screens, and transfers telephone calls; takes messages and personally handles callers’ needs.
  • Greet visitors pleasantly, ascertaining and addressing their needs promptly and appropriately.
  • Schedules appointments and ensures prompt and accurate relay of verbal messages to the appropriate parties.
  • Provides high‑confidential secretarial and administrative support under general supervision of the Market Director, following established policies and procedures.
  • Performs additional clerical duties as required by the department or other hospital departments.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Associate degree preferred.
  • At least five years of secretarial/clerical experience.
