Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and productivity)

Modern Automotive is seeking skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians to join our growing team at Modern Nissan of Hickory. Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, and brake systems
• Complete vehicle inspections and document repair recommendations accurately
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while delivering exceptional customer service
• Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Stay current with Nissan training, certifications, and evolving automotive technologies

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Nissan experience preferred but not required
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits:
