Regional Worship Pastor Job Description Our Vision

To reach millions of unchurched persons by developing thousands of fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Christ Church Global is a growing, vibrant, multi-site church. Lead Pastor, Dr. Charles Kyker, tells the membership class that we want to reach two types of people at Christ Church: unchurched and those who want to reach unchurched. At Christ Church, we will do whatever it takes, short of sin, to reach lost people for Jesus Christ.

• Fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ: personal devotional life, tithing, serving, witnessing
• A leader with a genuine love for people.
• Passion for reaching unchurched people
• Proven Leadership as a leader of leaders. Our goal at CC is to train and multiply leaders
• Ability to relate well with all types of people
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft programs and Planning Center
• Pliability & Willingness to Learn a basic Wesleyan Based Discipleship Model
• Commitment to Christ Church and goals set forth by the Lead Pastor and Leadership Team
• Team Player with the staff and lay leadership
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a self-starter

• Serve as the face of the Worship ministry at Christ Church
• Lead efforts to help achieve the mission of Christ Church through music and worship at Christ Church - Mountain View
• Work with the Lead Pastor and Campus Pastors to prayerfully plan thematic worship across all campuses.
• Work with campus worship leaders, musicians and singers to offer excellence in music at weekend worship
• Conduct mid-week practice
• Identify, train, and equip emerging leaders in worship (singers and musicians)
• Attend required staff meetings and leadership team meetings
