Crew Member, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Position Overview

Circus Trix, LLC dba Sky Zone is hiring part‑time crew members across multiple departments. These associates will gain work experience and develop essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication. We offer various part‑time opportunities:

• Court Monitor (Safety Crew)
• Café Associate
• Party Host
• Front Desk
• Membership Sales

All crew member stations require staff to work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. The role includes providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Flexible schedule during park operational hours (normal business hours, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Prior experience in high‑volume, customer‑facing roles (e.g., entertainment, retail, service, fitness) is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

• Frequent communication and interaction with employees and customers in a busy, loud indoor environment.

Hourly pay starts at $10.00 and can increase up to $11.00 based on qualifications and experience.
