Customer Service ​/ Inbound Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly
• Recommend and upsell products or services that align with customer needs and campaign goals
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, quality, and sales metrics
• Follow established processes, scripts, and compliance requirements for each client program
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to share feedback and improve customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, CX skills, and digital tools proficiency
