Child & Adolescent Psychiatry | Western North Carolina, Near Charlotte
A respected community hospital in the foothills of western North Carolina is looking for a psychiatrist with an interest in child and adolescent care. It's a full-spectrum role with a predictable schedule, a collaborative team already in place, and a region that's genuinely hard to beat for quality of life.
Practice Details
Full-spectrum psychiatry serving child, adolescent, and adult patients
Integrated inpatient and outpatient model
Team of four psychiatrists, APPs, and a psychologist
Program built for growth with leadership opportunities available
Schedule
Inpatient rounding starts at 8:30 a.m., outpatient clinic mid-day
Early wrap-up on Fridays
Structure designed to be sustainable long-term
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary starting at $335,000
30 days PTO plus 5 CME days and a $5,000 annual CME allowance
Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
