Responsibilities

Part‑time faculty members will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in the College of Business and Economics. Prospective candidates should submit a cover letter that focuses specifically on teaching experience and teaching philosophy, and discusses how their expertise aligns with current courses or areas in the program. Candidates are encouraged to review the current academic catalog and understand the course offerings that require part‑time instruction.

Qualifications

All part‑time instructors are required to hold at least a Master’s degree and a minimum of 18 hours of completed graduate work in the specific field of study. In most cases, a Master’s degree in the field in which the instructor will teach is expected. Candidates must also possess a demonstrated teaching philosophy that incorporates varied perspectives, traditions, and inclusive practices.
