Part-Time Math Interventionist

K-5 Part-Time Reading Interventionist

Associates Degree-$15.00 per hours

Bachelor's Degree only-$20.00 per hour

Bachelor's Degree with teaching certification-$30 per hour

-Th position end in May 2026

No benefits

Must have a four degree and prefer a candiate with a NC teaching license

Job Goal:
To help students develop proficient math skills that will contribute to their academic growth. Responsibilities:
Math interventionists work extensively with students to help them improve specific math skills.

An interventionist addresses the specific needs of a particular child when regular classroom instruction is not sufficient. Interventionists work with the teacher to design methods of learning that are most appropriate for each child. Interventionists are often former or retired teachers or paraprofessionals who have been trained in conducting these intensive learning sessions.
